The Wigtown Show is Galloway’s leading and longest
running agricultural show, offering a great day out for all the family to enjoy.
As well as a variety
of attractions and entertainment throughout the day, some of the best livestock from all over south-west Scotland and beyond
will be showcased in the main arenas together with showjumping and gymkhana competitions, a dog show and a wide range of exhibitor
and trade stands showcasing the very best in locally-produced food, farm machinery and other products.
This is the 199th year of the Wigtown Agricultural Society and this year’s Wigtown
Show is set to be one of the best yet in the Society’s long and distinguised history.
